Welcome to Low Costa Car Hire! By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Rental Requirements
- Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
- Minimum age for renting a car is 21 years (additional fees may apply for younger drivers).
- A valid credit or debit card is required for booking and payment.
2. Vehicle Usage
- All vehicles must be used in accordance with Spanish traffic laws.
- Smoking and transporting illegal substances in our vehicles are strictly prohibited.
- The renter is responsible for any fines, tolls, or damages incurred during the rental period.
3. Payment and Cancellation
- Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the pick-up time will receive a full refund. Late cancellations may incur charges.
4. Insurance and Liability
- Basic insurance is included in all rentals, but additional coverage can be purchased.
- The renter is liable for damages not covered by insurance, including accidents caused by negligence.
5. Pick-Up and Return Policy
- Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed location and time.
- Late returns may incur additional charges.
- Fuel policy: Return the car with the same fuel level as when it was picked up.
6. Limitation of Liability
Low Costa Car Hire is not liable for:
- Delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Loss or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
